Shady Lane is located in Thermal, CA near Coachella Valley. Though Caritas has been working in partnership with University of California, Irvine School of Law for the past two years, on April 18, 2019, we acquired this special community and have been working with residents, local vendors, and community partners to enhance the quality of life at this park.
