We are pleased to announce that once again, Caritas has partnered with the Orange County United Way and the IRS in offering free tax help to qualifying families and individuals that need assistance when preparing their own 2016 tax returns. This program, called The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program, is made up of IRS-certified volunteers who provide free basic income tax return preparation along with electronic filing.
We have two sites again this year: Bahia Village in Garden Grove and Hacienda Estates in Lancaster.
