Caritas Acquires Mountain View Mobile Home Park in Santa Monica, California on July 9th 2018.

On December 12, 2017 the City of Santa Monica authorized the City Manager to execute disposition and loan agreements with Caritas to become owner and operator of Mountain View Mobile Home Park.

 

The community is an all age park that has 105 spaces.
