Dear Residents,
Caritas recognizes that you may be facing health and economic hardships due to the significant impact of the COVID-19, and we want to provide the necessary support for those who need it.
If you have suffered a job loss or other substantial loss of income due to the COVID-19 pandemic and are unable to pay rent, we encourage you we encourage you to notify us as soon as possible or fill out a Rent Deferral Request Form.
To fill out a Rent Deferral Request Form, click the link below. Save this form to your computer, fill it out, and email the completed form to your community office. To find your community contact information, click here.
Please be aware that if you do not contact us to let us know that you have been affected by COVID-19 financially, we will not know that you may need assistance during these unprecedented times. If you have been laid off from your job, you should file for unemployment insurance as soon possible.
If you are not currently facing a COVID-19 related hardship, rent Is due as normal.
Remember that you also have the option to pay rent online using RentTrack, and you can call or email your office to enroll.
